British Pest Control Association interview questions

Office setting, two interviewers, alternating in asking questions. After the interview there was a short task involving writing an article based on a video. The video was 45 minutes long and not easy to hear in the open-plan office. The staff were friendly and acted as if the job was mine before I had left the office.
