Telphonic round accompanied by test, and then there were two-three rounds and then final salary discussion. Total it took more than three days for the same. They were very nice and gentle.

Interview
1st step - after applying to the role, you will hear back within the next couple of working days.
2nd step - HR executive will send out two items for you to work on over the weekend (1) application form (2) MSTI
3rd step - revert back with the two items to HR executive by Monday morning the latest
4th step - She will arrange a brief call that will be conducted in Chinese only (15 to 20 mins)
5th step - the next day or two will invite you to the local office for a face to face stage with Ops Director
6th step - Ops Director was stuck in Shenzhen Border with a high temperature, therefore f2f will be reverted to Skype call in the late afternoon.
7th step - Meeting will be 5 to 10 mins late, and will type to you in Mr then Ms so do not be annoyed if that happens just continue and chin up, and are you okay to travel out of HK? Then line will be dropped by interviewer

Interview
First there was an aptitude round of 30 mins duration which had very basic questions .
The second round was technical round which had 20 MCQ questions of duration 30 mins -all related to Java as I had applied for Java.
Third was a PI round which lasted for 40-45 mins.

In aptitude, the only good one was this:
There are 60 students in a class.
For every 8 students who learn x , 4 students learn y
For every 14 students who learn x and y, 7 students learn y and 7 students learn none. How many learn only x and how many learn only y?
what is synchronization, methods to prevent deadlock, what are semaphores, integrity constraints, ACID properties, How are hash tables implemented in java, some OOPs concepts, static and dynamic polymorphism, virtual functions
