I had an initial screening interview then a meeting with senior fellows. Both were done over video call. The interview was pretty standard with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Overall a good experience.
The interview process seemed straightforward, but the overall experience was disappointing. Despite assurances of providing feedback and keeping candidates informed, there was a lack of follow-up communication or status updates, and subsequent attempts to reach out were met with unresponsive silence, leaving a negative impression.
