Brookings interview questions

The interview process seemed straightforward, but the overall experience was disappointing. Despite assurances of providing feedback and keeping candidates informed, there was a lack of follow-up communication or status updates, and subsequent attempts to reach out were met with unresponsive silence, leaving a negative impression.

At first, I was asked to give a brief self-introduction. And then according to my self-introduction, the hiring manager asked a few questions about my experience. At last, I was told to do a written test.
