Very pleasant experience. You can definitely see the Brooks Brothers company culture shine through with the interview process. Had a couple of interviews (one phone and one in person) with the Store Manager and a phone interview with the District Manager.

Quick, you’ll have to meet with both the store manager and district manager. You must know how to manage a team as well as recruit great talent. They will ask about your goals if hired for the year.
