I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Brown University (Providence, RI)
I applied for the position in November, was called to talk to a recruiter just before their three-week Christmas break. I had an hour interview with the person who would be my manager around early February. I was requested to participate in a full day of interviews, meeting everyone in the department in March. I finally received word that I was not being offered the position in April. This was the LONGEST interview process I have ever dealt with, but other than that, everyone seemed nice, and the questions were pretty standard.
- How important do you consider diversity and inclusion in your position and place of work?

No test included. Pleasant conversations. I mean it is all good. First interview and the second one are 2 week apart, but it was during the vacation time, so makes sense
- Tell me about an xxx experience?

Challenging; multiday process featuring essays, CVs, and many group interviews. One had to be prepared to discuss case conceptualizations and research aptitude from several vantage points giving concrete examples in addition to case presentation and clinical vignettes.
