networked w/ analyst, got phone nterview; they really care about the person and the technical skills given the smaller team. they were paying so that was a great plus; also as you can see below there was a technical interview and not many behaviorals if you network efficienctly and speak with an analyst or associate

First, a typical phone screen with light technicals. You get invited in for a superday in their Midtown office, where you get interviewed by several members of the team. Mostly behavioral, with again basic technicals sprinkled in.
