In all it was a good Interview process. It is a 2 round interview process 1st round is general and second round is technical part according to the job and role provided by the company.

Recruitment for Asia (Vietnam Recruiters) was very racist HR discussion with future plans Codility test If you take 100% again they give Codility If you crack the code again give the additional HR interview
- HR interview with basic questions
- Codility with 2 questions medium
- I got 100% rest api and issue fixing
- Java algorithm, I got 50% for that. failed some hidden unit tests
- HR interview again this is funny

Benaderd via LinkedIn, snel contact. Ietwat pusherig qua deadline voor het inleveren van stukken. Wel aardig in het contact. Had wat beter geweest indien er meer bedenktijd werd gegeven. Uiteindelijk met een andere partij in zee gegaan.

Es wurden alle fachlichen Qualifikationen abgefragt und notiert und der Lebenslauf durchgegangen, nichts außergewöhnliches. Am Ende wurde über Jobwünsche, Gehalt, Zahlen geredet. Alles in einem eine freundliche, wenn auch sehr professionelle, trockene Atmosphäre.
