I applied in-person. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange
Interview
You have 3 interviews. My mgr set up an interview literally when I came in to apply, which was nice. feels like everywhere in NY you have to wait like three months for them to call you back. The first one was about me. The second one was to pick some things on the floor. the third was to offer me the job.

Question 1
Asked to go through a buy test to see what you would or wouldn't buy. Asked to pick a few things off the floor that you think are gonna sell quicky vs. what might sit for a while.
I applied online. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (Haight, CA) in May 2026
Interview
The people at Buffalo are really nice and cool, the interview went smoothly and they explained everything well. They asked mostly about what brands I like. During the interview, they also talked about love for fashion and trends.

Question 1
They asked me to pick 5 things that would sell quick or slow.
3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
