I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear
Interview
The process was really straight forward. I interviewed with the district manager. Who offer me the job after 2 weeks. I accepted the pay just for the speciality experience even though I made more. Not worth it because upward mobility is limited.

I found none of the questions out of the ordinary or difficult , they were normal questions one would be asked for any management positions.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear
Interview
Applied on indeed, heard back the same day and had a phone interview with the recruiting manager. The next day I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview at a local store with the recruiting manager and the local store manager. The following week was asked to come in for a interview with the bear leader (district manager). Everything went great. They are definitely looking for outgoing people that have a passion for creating a great customer experience.

Question 1
What experience do I have in sales management and how did I handle employees who did not meet certain goals?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Build-A-Bear
Interview
They look for experienced people with previous management experience for management positions. For managers positions you will have an interview with store manager and you need to take a test/survey. Depending on your results from the test, if you score high enough, you will then need to be approved by the District manager.
