Interview
I sat with a company engineer and he asked me interview questions about construction and other more abstract questions. The interview took roughly 30 minutes and ended with me asking questions about to company, any exciting projects and how the interviewer enjoyed working with the company.

Interview
It was a very informal and off the wall interview. There weren't many typical scene-setting questions. Ron had me "sell myself" for at least five minutes so I had to elaborate on all of my activities and how they prepared me for a job. The interview included some simple problem solving questions that he wrote out on the back of my resume.
