Builders Flooring & Design interview questions

Interview with owner of the company. Off site. We discussed portfolio, earnings, benefits. The owner explained his work experience and why/how he decided to build his company. He also runs a custom cabinet shop and pricing was figured after the design was put together by the design team. Met again in the office to meet with the other designer in staff and the office manager Third meeting was to review compensation package and office procedure.
