Worst experience ever. It never happened something like this before so I must aware other people. I went to their offices. The guys there were really nice. But then I had the interview with the "Head of Data Science". From the minute zero he made me feel like I was wasting his time, the kind of people that try to make people feel small. It took around 15min, I never had a chance to speak about my education or my background, or who I am, what motivates me. I have a PhD in Applied Statistics, 3 Masters Degree, more than 5 years of experience working as Data Scientist and Data Analyst. He was prepotent, arrogant, and asked silly questions like What is Data Science? or Which library do you use for a Gradient Boosting? Seriously? Not only the questions were irrelevant, but most important his attitude was totally wrong. He showed no empathy and a harshly attitude. Hey, people are not assets, are people, it is unbelievable that in 21st century are those who don't understand it.
After the interview they sent me a case study copy/paste from Keggle Kindergarden. But I inmedatly declined it.
I would not recommend anyone to take a job as Data Scientist there. I cannot imagine which kind of "leader" could he be. There are hundreds of better options where you can feel welcome and do what you love. Fortunately there are plenty data scientist positions in Oslo.
