Interview
Technical phone call followed by competency interview with two interviewers. Key to know how risks work through the full life cycle and their impact on the business in operational terms.
In addition to the HR interview, it was just the one interview with the hiring manager and a senior in his team. They were more dependent on how I carried myself and communicated to see if I'd be a good fit in the team and my attitude towards learning, as opposed to my credentials and technical knowledge at the time, which I appreciated.
