Disappointing communication. I had a first stage interview and a second stage interview, and then I received an automated email from their HR system to say I had been unsuccessful. I think after giving 2 hours of my time they could have at least written an email to me or offered some feedback.

I found it odd in the second stage interview which was for the position of Personal Assistant, that they kept asking questions about customers, when it was not a customer facing role. I asked if by customer, they meant the person i would be assisting, but they said they meant customers in general. Very strange and nothing to do with the role I had applied for.
