I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burberry (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
Long. I interviewed with the GM and then the Market Manager a week later. Both were very pleasant and took their time to hire me. Once I accepted, the Market Manager sent me to Houston to train for the position.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Burberry
Interview
Very relaxed, made me feel welcomed. Offered me a beverage! Nice touch. I felt at ease with the manager. She asked me questions that made sense to the job. She explained what my day to day would look like working at Burberry. Let me know the expectations of working there and the great benefits. She asked me first what questions I had.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burberry (Wrentham, MA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I was brought into a very small, cramped office. The GM (interviewer) had 2 chairs set up, we mainly went over my past roles in retail. He was genuine and very warm. I didn't feel pressured or drilled with interview questions. Since I was applying for management, he started to get deeper into my management activities and day-to-day responsibilities. Then he started to ask about luxury and what is meant to me. This is the part I highly advise you prepare for, especially for this company.
