Interview
I was asked to take part in a video interview, which was something I have never done before. It took me some time to pluck up courage, but I shouldn't have worried so much. There was a helpful introduction and a chance to practice with one question which the employer wouldn't be able to see. The interview consisted of ten questions, you were given from 30 to 180 sec to think about your answers and then record them. There wasn't an option to re-record them if you were not happy with the result. You were able, however, to stop in between the questions and even go back to your video interview. You were given 7 day to complete it.
