Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. A phone interview with their HR manager which gave an overview of the role followed by a second phone call with the department manager who asked questions that were more specifically related to the position duties.

Got hired on spot but application took for ever. So I got a call like two or three weeks after I applied. But it was worth it because it's a nice place to work
