Interview process was incredibly informal, chaotic, and really drove home the point they needed a people function and support with recruitment. I feel like it was a massive waste of time. Initial interview was okay, but then I met with the CEO and it was very strange, and he asked me really weird questions.

Interview process consisted of first meeting with recruiter for initial phone screen then CEO for two formal interviews. The first meeting with CEO was an informal chat that focused on background, second was focused on who you are and what you want to do.
