Business Growth Fund interview questions

Telephone interview on motivations then video interview before assessment centre, both of which are more technical based. Telephone and video interview are with Dartmouth Partners, so specific company knowledge is less relevant until assessment centre.

1. Phone interview, mostly motivational, questions like why finance, why BGF, question about a company from BGF's portfolio, be ready to discuss it in more depth (e.g. why do you think BGF decided to invest in the company, etc.) 2. Interview, motivational + technical, be ready to answer some basic financial questions regarding income statements, how they are linked etc.
