I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Businessolver (Des Moines, IA) in Apr 2014
Interview
The interview process is extremely long and tedious, or at least it was when I started. I had 5 interviews, one of which that was a very awkward video interview. The interview process is not respectful to the fact that people might have a current job that they will have to ask for time off. They were also terrible about communication. It took me about 3 weeks after my final interview to get the offer... I honestly think the recruiter just forgot to call me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't remember a ton of the questions, but they will ask you a lot about yourself. Things like: what are your hobbies, what do you do for fun, what things in life are important to you, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Businessolver
Interview
Very long. Six interviews. They were all nice though and made me feel like I was hired from the very beginning. I thought it was great meeting so many people in the company. I took advantage of the introduction to each person. I looked at it as a networking opportunity. I knew I had the job after the first interview.

Question 1
They asked me how I could contribute to their workplace culture.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Businessolver (West Des Moines, IA) in Feb 2015
Interview
From start to finish, the application, interview, and hiring process took a little over four months. This is not unusual here. If your application is selected, you'll have a video interview followed by 4-10 additional interviews, depending on the position you're wanting to have. They want to make sure they're hiring *just* the right person for the job, and for the company.
For those who aren't willing to go through such a process, this may not be the company for you. If being the cream of the crop sounds ideal, apply.
