BuyBay interview questions

The application process starts with a call with HR. After this chat I was invited for an interview with one person from HR and the manager of the team. This interview consisted of personal questions including motivation for the role as well as the company. After successfully completing this round a case was sent that I had to prepare. During the second interview with the team's manager and one other person from the team we discussed the case. The case required about a day's worth of preparing and was quite fun to work out.

- 4 rounds for a role in a growing company which is not well-known. This same time would be rather spent interviewing at larger tech companies for roles with pension and other benefits. - The 4 rounds were spread over 3 months (!) - exactly how long the interview lasted. - No pension package is offered, or any other employee benefits. - Role requirements/qualifications were changed once job posting was re-uploaded in online platform (not knowing for what profile they were initially looking for). - Salary range was discussed with recruiter during 2nd onsite interview, later to be changed into a lower range that was proposed by them after a few days - this was the deal-breaker that changed my mind about the professionalism at the company. - Positive about: the company's mission, the ceo, and the international mix of people.
