Interview
CHILDISH AND UPROFESSIONAL. Applied online on the Buzzfeed website. Three weeks later the recruiter contacted me and set up an interview for a week later. There was confusion over the time; I logged in late, and we did not connect. I accepted the blame and apologized. The recruiter offered to reschedule the next day. I logged in *early* to ensure I was on time. The recruiter never showed/let me into the video conference, and within 10 minutes of the start time I received a "Sorry, we're not moving forward message." Clearly, he had no intention of holding the interview.

Interview
First did a 30 min phone call with the recruiter and hiring manager. Afterward, there was a 5 point interview where I did a coding assignment, architect design process, and cross-discipline process.
