I was interview by 2 members of the company, very general questions. I didn't feel like they were prepared for the interview, a lot of gaps that I needed to fulfill. Unfortunately, didn't hear from them again.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most confusing and disappointing interview experiences I’ve encountered. I was scheduled for a 45-minute interview with the Regional Manager, which ended after just 15 minutes. During the interview, only two general questions were asked—about my availability and background—and there was no opportunity to ask questions or demonstrate my personality or qualifications. I was told I would receive follow-up materials where I could share salary expectations and ask further questions, so I initially left the call feeling optimistic about the next steps. However, after 24 hours with no response, I followed up via email and received a generic rejection template shortly after—without any reference to our conversation or explanation for the decision. I requested feedback in a professional manner, but my message was ignored. I found the lack of communication and closure unprofessional and disappointing. It’s disheartening when a company doesn’t allow candidates the opportunity to engage or improve through feedback. This experience has unfortunately discouraged me from considering future opportunities with the company, as I believe the interview process says a lot about the company environment and practices.
