I love that the process was simple: just submit your resume and cover letter, no convoluted and time-consuming applicant portal where you have to type in everything your resume and cover letter already has. Response to my initial application was prompt and an interview was set up quickly. Interviews were conducted over Zoom. During the first session, they asked some questions to get to know me, both practical and more lighthearted. They also happily indulged the many questions I had about the company and the position. For the second interview I was asked to conduct a quick teaching demo, with time for more questions/chatting at the end. Even if I hadn't received a job offer, this would have been a really enjoyable interview experience.

Phone interview Q&A Style. The reason for the negative rating was that the interviewer sent the rejection email as a reply to my original application email instead crafting a new email I thought that was very rude. Additionally the interview was not scheduled in advance the interviewer just called without asking what time and dates would be convenient.
