Interview
Fast, structured, always notified of the next stage. HR and Manager got acquainted with my work experience in detail and communicated only on my experience. A most friendly atmosphere. They were told in advance what difficult tasks might be. The CEO of the company communicated very amicably and answered my questions.
Phone screening first, then a interview with a manager, then a culture interview, and lastly an interview with the CEO. Process is quick and decisive, and candidates are matched to roles according to their background and ability.
