Interview
3-4 rounds. Assessing on motivation, relevant sourcing experience, screnario based questions-response to assess on communication skills and thought process. Online video interview conducted using Lark, lasted for 30-45 minutes each rounds. Friendly and professional interviewers.
Interview was scheduled rather quickly, generally virtual ones which was good given current landscapes. No updates on interview process or results, interview questions were repeated across various rounds. Nonetheless, interviewers were nice and professional. A good experience overall!
