There are 4 rounds of interviews. 1. Phone Screening 2. Initial Interview 3. Hiring Manager Interview 4. HR I am done with the hiring manager interview and the recruiter said "The processing period is about 1-2 weeks, we'll keep you posted." and I don;t know what if I passed or not. Inter view questions are pretty basic. Just know what the role is, highlight your experience that applies to the role you are applying for and know about TikTok's trends, common issues, and improvements. I just hope that the recruiter will get back to me and make an offer.
