Good process. Several rounds of interviews, but worth it if you are looking for the right fit in a company and job. Overall can take about 4/5 weeks of interviewing depending on your bandwidth to get them in. If you can do more per week then you could get through the process in 2/3 weeks.
- Details about your work history.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at C-4 Analytics (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2023
5 interviews, including a 2-minute sales pitch and building my prospecting list. The interviews are only 30 minutes which does not give you much time to show your skills in a role play.
- Very few questions. Very focused on your prospecting ability.

I enjoyed the interview process. Working with an internal Human Resources dept is much faster than a recruiter. It's a very extensive process, and very thorough but this company means business and looking for the best talent out here. I hope I get the offer.
- Tell me about how you deal with objections?

I applied online. I interviewed at C-4 Analytics
Very quick. 4 interviews done over the course of 2 days, all conducted virtually. Difficult to manage if you currently have a job, there was clearly pressure to fill roles
- Greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses, asked about specific examples where I analyzed data to make a decision and how I went about that process

Great first two interviews. Seemed like we were on the same page. I didn't feel comfortable with the third interview and I contacted my former director at a large automotive advertising company. He told me to be cautious as C-4 was "super aggressive" with high turnover.
- They wanted you to prepare a proposal/role pay for a dealer (of your choice) but really didn't give any guidelines. Also hard to do when you don't know the company and product lines very well. I didn't think it was a fair evaluation of my abilities.

I had a great experience interviewing with C-4. I had 4 interviews and an offer at the end of 2 weeks. I was impressed with the timeliness and great communication. Everyone has been extremely attentive, professional and encouraging. I had a lot of fun with the last round role playing a mock scenario. If you embrace it, you can do well without knowing the full process.
- Why do you enjoy automotive?

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C-4 Analytics (Boston, MA) in Mar 2022

- tell me about past experience why C-4 what does atypical day look like for you in your current role

Interviewed for a paid media position that was a relatively short and easy process, but very unorganized. I met with someone for a pre-screening first that ghosted me after (she went on vacation and never told on anyone internally about our interview), even though I had reached out twice to follow up. Weeks later I was followed up with someone else from HR, who I met with and then she handed me off to people in my department I would be working with. I got the job offer but they are penny-pinchers. I told them the salary I was coming from and they disrespectfully offered me less. I figured they would’ve at least matched it, but I was told I could “just cut out getting Starbucks coffee every morning” to make up for it? Unprofessional and awkward. I was sent the offer letter after we went back and forth to match the salary, but the official letter was misleading. I reached back out to confirm a few items in the letter and they took offense instead of trying to help me answer my questions I was confused about. There were a few red flags that made me decline the offer in the end.
- What type of clients have you worked with? What is your favorite match type?

I had an online video interview with Jill, and she did a wonderful job. She asked some great questions, described the job and its day to day well, and made me feel very comfortable during the interview. It wasn't stuffy or awkward, Jill did a very nice job of easing right into the interview.
- What is my favorite social media platform and why?

This interview process was crazy. I talked to a couple of different recruiters a couple of times a piece. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. Then, I interviewed with one of the owners as well as others from HR who were popping in/out on a Zoom call. They checked two of my references, but both references were told "References have completed, so we no longer need to connect." One of my references told me they had a calendar invite set up but then they canceled and said she had all the reference checks she needed.
- Why are you qualified for this position?
