Complete liars, AAsked for business plans, asked me to travel 8 hours to meet one of their executive because they were " 100% sure I'm going to hire you" . They have no targets, no strategic plans, no respect for people's time. The CEO did not strike me as a business person, she went from being overly complimentary to rude and interrogatory on interviews.. there were 7 interviews plus the business plan and targets i provided them. They made me an offer but when I asked to see their targets, they nevery replied and said nothing. No "Thanks for your time and energy" just nothing.. Shows what kind of people they are. DO NOT waste any time with them, They are theives, treat people with no respect and do not have any real direction or strategy.

The entire process was managed exceptional well although it lacked structured and asking direct questions related to the job than later on mentioned the candidate hadn't approached it during the process, instead of the interviewer.

30min interview with the CPO & GRC where he asks about your entire (personal) life. Feedback at the end that application would move forward. 30min interview (> 1 month after initial interview) with co-founders (and CEO e COO) where almost no specific question about the job were asked. Different concepts between what it means managing IT development teams, product manager, product owner or business solutions teams which lead to different expectations. 3rd interview with someone from Finance that did not knew anything about the position or what the person was supposed to do.
