Interview
It had two stages. One is manager level conversation about applicant's background. The other part was software discussion with developers. Software discussion also had two part. General software question part and software algorithm part.

Question 1
General question about Java : Interface & Abstract Class. Writing basic algorithm on the white board.
An interview with 3 other interviewers that asked questions about Java and there was 1 whiteboarding question. Standard experience. Initially you get to talk to a HR rep that takes you to the interview room and walks you out in the end.

Interview
The first interview was a phone call interview with the manager to test what you have got.
The second onsite interview was 2 hours, one hour 1:1 with some simple Java questions, and the second round was a written test with few simple Java questions basically they would test your fundamentals.
The pay scale was comparatively less when compared to other companies of this standard.
