    Pros

CA cares about their employees. Great. benefits. Sends out notifications on bad weather to work from home, no stress about having to get in the office. Work life balance, flex time. The people, they are all great. Now they are all gone.

    Cons

Hiring the CEO that got us acquired.

    Advice to Management

Should have kept things as is.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CA Technologies.

    Interview

Pretty standard interview process for an internship. Single phone screening and a single shortish on-site. On site had a technical and behavioral component. Hiring manager was not part of the interview process.
