I worked at CA Technologies full-time (More than a year)
I worked in the childcare center as a teacher assistant. I loved the kids and enjoyed working with most coworkers.
The hours can be long.
Advice to Management
Focus more on the children and teachers and less on getting all those fancy accreditation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CA Technologies (San Jose, CA).
Submitted resume online and apply the job, got contacted by HR, submitted some work sample, scheduled two screen interviews with hiring manager and senior manager. Went for onsite interview, waited for about a week, got the offer.
