Interview
Interview process is very slow, there will be 4 to 6 rounds of interviews out of them 2 or 3 technical and rest management and HR. Decision making is not fast, need to wait long to know the status.
Regarding the rechincal rounds, the first round would be taken by less to medium experienced person, so showing confidence in the answers would clear this and second, third rounds would be bit tough and may have more technical questions.

Interview
Pretty much same as other companies in silicon valley. They perform Recruited interview if get shortlisted by the Manager. Then they make sure about your visa situation from HR. Then One managerial interview / technical phone screen, then in-person interview for atleast 4-5 hours with 6-8 people. Final interview with VP.
