Interview
Strong HR department and good decentralized management, some long time employees seemed to have a tight nit group. The culture was customer friendly with a get it done attitude. Some technical questions which were reasonable.

What was the most challenging thing about your last job
Glassdoor ask me to add this forcefully and worda should be 30 .seriously ? Now I have to add 30 words otherwise I will not able to proceed future , I mean just to view reviews it asked to add so much things and all are pointless
pre screen using video, 2 phone call interviews, followed by a manager interview. Didn't get an onsite, but got an offer. Interview was in the march/april time frame, for a positions starting in june

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CA Technologies
Interview
There were three rounds of interview. It began with a technical assignment which lasted an hour. This was followed by a technical discussion round of the shortlisted candidates by an engineering employee of the company. Finally, there was an HR round. No shortlisting between the second and final round.
