Interview
The interview and HR communication is overly-automated and I ended up dropping out before going for a try-out day.
First, you apply on their website. Then, you are asked to do an online at-your-own-pace video-recorded "interview" to answer questions. This part is hosted by Spark Hire, an outside hiring/hr hosting agency I assume. Next, an impersonal (automated?) email was sent from the CAB Signs HR team to ask me to come in for a few hours to try out the role.
If a company has gathered all this information and time from an applicant, but cannot even sign off with a name of the HR team/supervisor or write a more personal email before inviting an applicant to spend free time (2-3 hours), it is an unbalanced interview. Applicants should also be given respect and more information before getting this far in an interview.
I recommend that the company does not use Spark Hire, or at least communicate with the applicant in a more personalized manner alongside this video and written application section.

Question 1
Questions were pretty generic in the video interview and able to be re-recorded on your own time.
The interview was not too difficult. It was very straight forward. They asked me some general questions and I got hired on the spot. As long as you have an organized resume, you will be fine.
