Blended interview-mix of questions based on strengths and behaviours. Conducted by video online. Had 3 days notice and could choose time slot I wanted which is really handy. Had to do online tests first.

Tell me about a time you used communication styles to achieve a positive outcome
Interviews last from 30 -45 minutes with 3-4 panelists. Panelists are friendly. Interviews are competency based questions /sometimes known as behavioral questions. Questions are not more than four and the same questions are asked to all candidates, although follow up questions may differ.

Cumbersome to say the least. The launchpad is not the best platform. Too many technical errors and you have to keep emailing the technical team for help. In the end you are exhausted and cannot concentrate or focus.
