CAD Vision Systems SDN interview questions

The hiring manager interview me for 2hours plus and want talk some more. I cut it short. He keep ask alot on how I do prospecting, how I going to manage a team. Ask me how I going to do if got problem in the team. And he also tell me they got crm system to track every leads and where the staffs go for appointment.. He told me the group I going to manage ia generation Y. A group of fresher mechanical engineer..got some atttiude.
