Interview
Very relax. A 30 minute phone call where 2 or more interviewers go over your cv, ask you soft skills questions and programming questions. Read up about the company, study the language you're gonna use (C++ in my case), review data structures and algorithms and practice explaining your past jobs or past programming projects.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CAE (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2022
Interview
This was during my school's tech fair. The HR person mainly asked behavioural/normal questions a company would usually ask. There wasn't any technical questions for me when I was interviewed.

Interview
Thirty minutes interview with two employees. They asked about my past experiences and personal projects. Then they proceeded to describe the job. Got an offer the next few days and had to go through a Police background check.
