      Senior Cx Designer Interview

      Oct 15, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CAE in Oct 2020

      Interview

I was contacted by recruiter and had an initial phone call with recruiter which went well. A week later I had an online video con-call interview with the team. I answered some regular questions about experience and skills. The questions are not hard. And people are really nice. Then I was told they would follow up with me the week after which never happened. I'm not going to complain if they don't think I'm a good fit for this role. But I think the least you can do is to send a one line generic email letting me know you're not moving forward. And I will be grateful.
