I had a phone interview first, which went well. It lasted about 20 - 25 minutes. And then I had the in-person interview a few days later. That went well also, I'd met with my direct supervisor and the VP Operations.

Question 1
They asked about my job duties in my past roles and why I left those roles, how well I can deal with irate co-workers/customers, my personality type (are you the type to blend in or stand out?), and they asked about my past accomplishments which were difficult to achieve.
