CBAS interview questions

Got a call in dec 2021......assigned a work and I did it in time...........response was late had to go around those guys for 2 days straight to get a response........response came and it was that work was good and interview round scheduled..............it took days to schedule an tech round and no questions about specified profile all random ones..................then again no response for days till now...............guys if you don't have requirement just don;t try to recruit........... Company standards are horrible...............please do avoid it
