Never actually interviewed because I stopped process on my end due to unprofessional outside recruiter. Applied online via easy apply via Linkedin. Was selected by recruiter to proceed with process. Was asked to write a paragraph on how my background is relavent to role. However, the role mentioned in the email was different than what I applied for, so sent email to recruiter asking for clarification. First of all, if I submit my resume, why are you asking me to explain how my background is relavent to the role? You are just adding an unnecessary step. Furthermore, it took them 2 days to get back to me with a response to learn they in deed wanted me to apply for different role than what I applied for that did not match my background. Overall very unprofessional and raised too many red flags right off the bat.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CC Industries (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2013
Interview
First round was on campus. Met with one of the group members. Asked walk me through a DCF, how the financial statements linked, etc. Asked me why CC Industries. I was then invited for final rounds at the office. Met four team members, all behavioral except for one case study where we had to give a recommendation whether or not to pursue opportunity. It then took them two or three weeks to get back to me about an offer.
