Short introduction call over phone shortly after submitting application, in person non-formal interview, mostly questions about experience and future expectations. The interview went a little long, but mostly because of technical talk about interests, rather than things actively concerning the job.

From what I saw they are probably violating the local labour code. 'successful success first, people last' and bro-culture. Almost no benefits compared to the local job market. Some of the questions I was asked were just inappropriate - I felt like I needed to justify my nationality verbally based on their questions, I guess most people would call that racist based on their content.
