I applied via my university in Chennai. It consisted of 3 rounds: 1> Pre-Placement Talks 2> Group Discussion 3> Technical & HR interview The pre-placement was elaborate and they took almost 1.5 hours to complete it. Only students from Mechanical background had to sit for a written test rest had to go for GD's directly. GD consisted of 10-12 in a group and topics for discussion were basic and quite easy. They selected at max 3 from a group (there was also one case where nobody got selected from a group.) So from 78 candidates appearing in GD, 12 got shortlisted for the interviews. The interviews were basically fun. They had 2 in a panel and were very friendly. Each interview lasted from 10-20 mins. They announced the result on the same day itself. 3 got an offer letter.
