CEE (VA) interview questions

A recruiter forwarded my resume to this company. The company sent an email asking me to choose an interview time. I chose 11am, but I didn't hear back from them. It was like pulling teeth to get them to confirm the interview time. I went to their office in Reston at 11am and found they occupied a nondescript office building with company names and office numbers displayed on hand-written plaques! I went into the office and met with the interviewer. He started asking me questions unrelated to my line of work. Then he said, "Here's the position description," and he turned his computer screen towards me. I said, "That's a position description for a network engineer; that's not what I do." With a shrug he said, "I guess I should have sent the description to you." (Duh!) The entire "interview" lasted about 7 minutes.
