Very unimpressed with how CGI handled the interview process in term of providing feedback. I had two very positive interviews and was very interested in the role. After the second I received no follow up whatsoever from the recruiting coordinator out of California. I followed up with a phone call and then an email which were completely ignored. I expected at least the courtesy of feedback from a company like CGI,

Interview
Hiring and interview process at Logica India was well organised. There were 2 rounds of technical interviews followed by one round of HR interview. The interviewers were well prepared with a list of questions that had been prepared. They were in no hurry and the interviews were in a relaxed environment and the conversations were good.
