1st round :Written -cobol coding - file processing , given 15 mins of time to complete one program ..
2nd round: technical , all basics to scenario based questions , 45 mins discussion on all topics , Cobol, jcl and db2
and managerial and Hr discussion - about the previous project , roles and salary discussion .

online interview. But there was a connection problem and then switched to phone. The connection dropped few times and then email was used as the communication mean in order to complete the interview.
