I received two phone calls from the same person, in the first call, I was on the elevator of the building and I asked for her If she could reschedule...I was in the lunch break, getting my meal on the delivery box, and because the pandemic I didn't realize that she didn't understand the situation... So she ignored everything that I said and proceed with the questions. She asked if I was considering to be realocated, She did the same question 3 or 4 times, with different words and I respond every single time, then she asked me about the salary expectation, and I answer "I don't know how answer this because I don't know the ordinary range salary per year in Canada", again she didn't understand my answer and asked me 3 or 4 times the same question with different words, she asked about my technical background and skills and again she repeated all the questions with another words...I had the impression that she wasn't able to understand my brazillian accent... In the next day, she calls me again, and asked me everything again, explained the amount of the salary, explained the visa process and asked me about my scheduled for the next week. I answered that with my time window and she said that I would receive an email from her with schedule from the technical team, but this email never came. I waited for 15days before doing my own research on the internet and sent a complaint about the process. I asked if I still in consideration for the role. Today, in this morning I received an answer from CGI, "Hi, Your email has been forwarded to the person responsible for this type of inquiry. Thank you for your interest in CGI." Three hours later the same woman from the 2 rounds of interview calls me again and say at this phone, for my surprise, repeatedly that my english skills wasn't good enough... So after 1 minute, she dropped the call and I was feeled so disrespected, she did ghosting with my application, I wasted my time and now I talked with my last manager from USA and even him was chocked with this horror history.
