I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CGI (Richmond Hill, ON)
Interview
A short listing process of less than 15 minutes at a job fair where tons of folks attended in 5 different queues for 5 jobs. Although the event was organized at a large hotel, the noise level with 25 interviews taking place simultaneously was a shocker to me. I was dis-appointed that most pre-register names and pre-submitted resumes did not appear at the front desk list.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CGI (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2025
Interview
3 rounds - first being HR round very clear and to the point. Great help setting the next level expectations. Second round VP level with case study and personal experience discussion. 2 VPs joined the in-person interview in their 250 Young office. General interview but sometimes grilling on experience. Overall positive experience. 3 rd round with SVP and in office. Open discussion about role and responsibilities and no question was off limit. Overall easy interview and smooth experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2020
Interview
mine was employee referral case, HR called to review relevant experience and expectations, next round was in person with two VPs from the business area where the DCS position was listed. There was no further communication for almost a month since first round. Then they scheduled a second round with SVP. Overall a slow but smooth process.
