I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CGI (Bengaluru) in Feb 2016
Interview
Interview was scheduled on 6th Feb, 2016. Reached the venue on time at 10 AM. After 2 hours, interview facilitators say panelists have not turned up and therefore we may leave the campus. At this point, there were 70-80 other candidates along with me. CGI interview facilitators promised there will soon be a telephonic interview and F2F if necessary. It's been over a month and no response for any email sent to the HR who invited me for interview. HR ignoring and not responding to inquiries ( I do not want to name the HR at this moment).
I now feel fortunate that interview was never scheduled and ending all probabilities of me being a part of CGI. Feel so insulted and fooled by the HR reps.
Saturday was wasted. Please do not take candidates for granted. Hiring is a mutual requirements and I strongly feel that this situation could have been dealt in a professional manner.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CGI (Bangalore Rural) in Oct 2022
Interview
Smooth process there are generally 2 rounds. one is tech and another is managerial. Most of the opening in CGI are for bangalore location so that might be a little disappointing for most of the people and top of that it forces a lot to people to come to office.

About CGI
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Bengaluru) in May 2022
Interview
Was interviewed for a post on Bell-telco project and the questions are based in and around the telco domain along with agile methodologies. Having certifications on eTOM and other TMForum related courses will certainly help in clearing both technical and managerial rounds.
