CGT Global interview questions

One phone interview followed by two video interviews. They were pleasant enough and had a good knowledge base. However I was told they would have a decision after two weeks and there had been no response for over a month, despite multiple follow-up communications from me. This strikes me as oddly unprofessional, as they seemed the type to follow through regardless of if they wanted to hire me or not.
